Flan Zebra Cake

really looking for a recipe for the sweet details that sell to the French pastry L'Aquila, swivels are nice stuffed with chocolate or cream, have a very particular taste, vaguely reminiscent of (but very vaguely) a croissant, but I do not remember much as they are called, so I'm lost in the search.
And I came across this site , and having trawled for good, I found this recipe , really to me the cakes half white and half black is not like that much, but it seemed perfect for breakfast !

Of course I came home with the idea to do it again ... but once arrived, I realized I had left the press office ... sgrunt!
Never mind, I made a mix between a grandmother and donut recipe chocolate cake, basically what I drew is especially the look!

Zebra Cake (revised and corrected)

• 300 grams of flour 200 g sugar •

• 4 eggs • 300 ml milk • 200 ml
seed oil • 1 tablespoon baking

vanilla cocoa taste

I put all the ingredients except the chocolate mixer, the original recipe calls for egg yolks and egg whites that were installed separately ... but I remember it well in spite of having read it, I had no time!
I then divided the dough into two parts, and in one I added the cocoa until it took quite a brown.
After the buttered cake pan with silicone, I went to the real phase''difficult''of this cake to be the zebra stripes!
As I read the instructions, I put a little white at the center of the cake mixture, then mix in the center of the white one black, then white again at the center of the black, and so on. I have not smeared
/ Level I nor the mixture shaken to distribute the text better, just as it was recommended to the original recipe ... and this is the result!
