turkey breast with herbs
admits to not being very resourceful in the kitchen, I am convinced that outing on things I do not like, and taste new recipes, especially with unusual ingredients, I must be a bit "forced".
Even the restaurant I choose dishes with ingredients that I know and "nose" can get along well.
All this involves a serious limitation, are not able to use the herbs, nor even the spices.
So when I found this recipe I thought I did just for me.
turkey breast with herbs (Serves 2)
• 4 slices of turkey breast
• 1 cup white wine • 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 rib of celery • 1 shallot
• 8 small black olives
• 1 clove garlic, peeled • 1 sprig of mint
marjoram • • •
thyme extra virgin olive oil •
salt and pepper
After washing and dried mint, marjoram and celery, I put them in food processor with garlic and shallots, peeled and a teaspoon of oil.
In a pan with high sides, I put the oil for the sauce and the chopped herbs and spice I did.
I floured and lightly salted turkey breasts and I have floured, then I tossed them in hot oil turning them frequently to brown them, at which point I poured the white wine and I lowered the heat to cook the breasts ; turkey calmly.
half cooked, I added sliced \u200b\u200bblack olives and made a dash of pepper.
really very fast and also tasty!
